About Us

A Future for Orphans International is a Christian non-profit 501(c)3 humanitarian organization dedicated to working with orphans and disabled children worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.

Motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ, A Future for Orphans International serves all children, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender as a demonstration of God's unconditional love for all people.

By transforming children's lives now, we change the course of their future and ours. There are over 6000 orphaned children in Kyrgyzstan. Our advocacy efforts provide a voice for children who cannot speak for themselves. We are dedicated to ensuring every child has the best chance for success.

We strive to bring hope to the orphans of the world by providing food, shelter, medical care, children's Bibles, educational assistance, adoption advocacy, and foster care.

A Future for Orphans International also ministers to the impoverished adult population through our homeless shelter "Faith," which provides permanent housing to 20-25 mentally ill, disabled and elderly residents, while feeding up to 50 homeless daily in different locations. The situation for the homeless in Kyrgyzstan during the winter season is especially dire; several hundred homeless people perish every year due to exposure, disease, and malnourishment.
